The Holder of Learning

Inside every school on the earth, there is a secret room located below the basement. It will not be easy to find, and there is no real door that leads to it, but if you search for long enough, you will find the stairs. They should be in some unused corner or desolate hallway, and they will only appear when you alone are around to see them. No one will know where you are when you go down into the basement, and if you do not return, then you will be forgotten by everyone, even those who you know and love.

The stairs go down further than they feel like they should, and by the time that you reach the bottom, you will be so far down that the air is cold and stale. There is a long corridor at the bottom of the staircase with a strange, blue light radiating down from the ceiling. Do not look up at the light, or your eyes will burn out of your skull and melt into a sickening liquid soup.

Follow the corridor until you reach a metal door at the end. When you get there, do not knock on the door. Just open it, and try to be as quiet as you can. You don't want to make much noise here. The consequences could be very dire.

The room behind the door will look like an old classroom with several wooden desks and a blackboard covered with strange runes in a language you will not be able to read without the coin. If you are in possession of the coin, then I still don't suggest that you try to read them. Many have, and they have gone mad and taken their own lives here in this place.

Most of the desks will be empty, but at one, a girl of about twelve or thirteen will be sitting writing in a notebook. She won't look up at you if you speak to her unless you ask, "What can they teach us?"

If you ask this, the girl will look up, and you will see that she has been crying, and the tracks of tears are running through the dirt on her face. She won't answer your question, and instead will look at you with a gaze which seems to stare right through you. Don't turn around, or you will see what her eyes see standing behind you. Just pray that you have spoken to the Holder of Injustice, because if you haven't, then you are about to meet a very gruesome end.

If you have, then the girl will eventually take her hands off of the notebook and reach out, asking you to show her the photograph which the Holder of Injustice gave you, telling you that she is the girl in the picture, the Holder of Injustice's sister. Don't do this. Instead, grab the notebook as quickly as you can and run back. Run through the corridor, up the stairs, and out of the school, and then run until you are outside in the sun. Then, and only then, can you open up the notebook without being killed. Never again, however, will you know true safety.

This is Object 650 of 2538. The Holder of Learning doesn't want it, but she will track you for an eternity to find it, and when she does, your suffering will be unimaginable. Those are just the rules of the game.
